I was riding the bus up here to the Music School Campus, and I asked some of my conductor friends what they were doing up here. They told me they had a masterclass on Copland's Appalachian Spring (original chamber version for 13 players) with Leonard Slatkin. So I decided to sit in on it for a bit. Very cool. He says alot of the same things Zinman does. Just thought it was nifty, and would post on it.
